What is the Cancellation Policy?

We are pleased to offer the option of cancelling or modifying reservations 30 days or more prior to check-in for a full refund. Guests who cancel between 15 and 29 days before check-in are eligible for a refund of 50% or a 100% travel credit to be used on a future stay. I apologize but we are not able to cancel, modify or offer travel credits once we are inside of 14 days of check-in.

Am I required to attend a timeshare tour or presentation?

When traveling with Suite Match, you're vacationing as the guest of a timeshare owner. So while this is a timeshare resort, you're exempt from attending any timeshare presentation. Hotel representatives may ask if you'd like to attend a presentation upon check-in, in return for a free breakfast, discounted tickets, etc. If you're not interested, simply decline the offers.

Which unit will I be in?

All of the units are resort-owned and operated, so, much like a hotel, your unit will be assigned at check-in. The photos you see advertised showcase what your unit will look like, including décor, bed layout, bathroom features, and kitchen appliances. You can make special requests with the front desk upon check-in but we can make no guarantees as to the location of the suite.

Will I have access to all of the resort amenities? Will it be an additional cost(s)?

Additional daily amenity fees that might be assessed to other guests will not apply to your stay unless otherwise noted. Please note, the resort will require a credit card at check-in, however, for a security deposit of approx. $100-$200 depending on the resort in case of incidentals or damage to the unit. This credit card hold will be lifted at check-out.

What's provided in the unit?

The kitchen will come fully stocked with everything needed to prepare simple meals within the comfort of your suite. This includes cookware and dishware along with such items as oven mitts, Can opener, coffee filters, (1-2 times use) dishwasher (1-2 times use) laundry detergent, (1-2 times use) paper towels, toilet paper, linens, and towels.

Bathrooms also include travel size shampoo and conditioner and soap.

Payment Options

Suite Match offers two payment options for your convenience! For reservations made 60 days or more from the date of check-in, guests may elect to pay 25% at the time of booking and the remaining balance 30 days prior to check-in. For reservations secured inside of 60 days payment in full will be required.

Terms & Conditions

Guests will be supplied a final confirmation (also known as a guest certificate) prior to travel which may be requested at the time of check in.

Please understand your right to decline any offer or invitation to attend a timeshare presentation. You are never required to attend a presentation as part of your stay with us! Please use caution when being approached or offered discounted tickets or other offers in exchange for attendance at a timeshare presentation. We are not responsible for charges which may occur as a result of no shows to such presentations when agreed to at your sole discretion.

The guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age. Photo identification is required at check in along with major credit card.

Check out time is levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival.

Occupant(s) understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party.

Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.

Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.

Resort images, (floor plans, interior furnishings, etc) are representative per resort and may vary among individual units.

Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant.

Resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed although we are pleased to make requests on your behalf.

Traveler(s) named on the confirmation must be present at the time of check in. Name changes after reservation is confirmed will incur a $99.00 charge. For this reason it is the guest’s responsibility to communicate the correct name of the guest checking in prior to making the reservation.

Traveler(s) may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.

Seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or any other reason beyond our control, we will attempt to arrange alternate accommodations, but disclaims any liability or obligations.

Seller reserves the right to reassign travelers to substitute and comparable accommodations in extreme and unforeseen circumstances.

Seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.

If check in assistance is required after office hours please contact 888-571-181. Seller will not be responsible for any expenses incurred should you fail to contact Seller for assistance.

Wyndham Nashville is located just one mile from the Grand Ole Opry along the Cumberland River, making it the perfect place to stay and explore the city’s rich country music history. Nearby in downtown Nashville, guests can visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, Opry Mills Mall, Parthenon in Centennial Park, and Ryman Auditorium. Family-friendly attractions, including the Nashville Zoo and Adventure Science Museum, are also nearby. The Jack Daniels Distillery and General Jackson Showboat are around the corner for those looking for a bit more excitement.

Wyndham Nashville's two bedroom suites feature full kitchens, living and dining areas, and washer dryers. Amenities include two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool, fitness center, free wireless Internet, outdoor hot tub, and more.

There’s super convenient shuttle service into downtown Nashville for only a small fee.

Nashville is “The Music City, U.S.A.,” so it’s a real bonus that the resort is only 1.2 miles away from famous grand ole opry for easy access to concerts!

The resort is a great location for more than just music; it’s your gateway to all of Nashville’s major attractions, like Opry Mills Mall, Parthenon, and Gaylord Restaurant.

Though this is a city destination, the Wyndham Nashville features two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a cabana, and a hot tub.

You’ll love the Nashville Zoo with the kids and the nearby Jack Daniels Distillery for your alone time!

The Two Bedroom Deluxe suite offers a private master bedroom with king bed, private guest bedroom with two Twin beds, master and guest bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa, whirlpool tub, balcony or patio, washer and dryer. Full kitchen with coffee and tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster, cookware, flatware. Convenient comforts include cable TV, DVD player, hairdryer, AM/FM alarm clock, iron and ironing board. Max Occupancy: 6-8, 1,072-1,180 sq. ft.

2 Bedroom Lockoff

The One Bedroom Suite and One Bedroom Deluxe combine to create the Two Bedroom Lockoff unit. King beds in both private bedrooms along with two queen sleeper sofas, one full and one partial kitchen and two separate living areas make it perfect for groups traveling together. Max Occupancy 8, 1,400-1,617 sq. feet

    The resort was great! We used the pool almost every day. The gas grills and tables worked out great for our group. Everyone was nice and helpful. The shuttles to Nashville was also very handy. I would definitely stay here again.

    Wyndham Nashville: Guest services was very professional and the resort was extremely clean. The $10 round trip shuttle to Broadway was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend the Wyndham Nashville!

    The room was wonderful. We got a ground floor room, which was nice since 3 travelers were in their 60's and the youngster was 54. The second bedroom with 2 beds was nice instead of one king bed. The only bummer was the whirlpool tub in the master suite did not work

    This resort was beautiful right down to the musically influenced topiaries! We had impeccable service and the two bedroom unit was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed, right down to a corkscrew. We would definitely come here again!

    Wyndham was amazing! Very close to the Grand Olde Opry. Bed was so comfortable. We had a suite with full kitchen, dinning room, and living room so it was huge for just two people. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't use the pool or gym but they look awesome. And the shuttle to downtown was prompt and the drivers very knowledgeable and friendly. We love Wyndham!

    I loved it here. The place was just as described. It was easy to get to and in a perfect location. The staff at check-in were super friendly. I would have given a full 5 stars, but they turned the hot tub off, didn’t really inform us of what is needed for check-out process (how do we clean it to leave and not be charged?). And the bathrooms were not cleaned that great. BUT, despite those few things - I have already recommended them for future Nashville travelers. We will be coming back without children to explore more what this City has to offer.

    The location was great and convenient for all that we were doing! Wyndham was running a shuttle that we were able to use for New Years weekend so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking. The staff was pleasant and the facilities were all clean and we felt very safe.

    We had a very enjoyable stay at the Wyndham Nashville. The location was so convenient to just about everything we wanted to do while in the area. We especially loved the map they gave us letting us know a back way into downtown : ) Only one minor "complaint" and they are minor. We stayed in building 17, right by the pool which our kids LOVED, but the music at the pool was a little loud.
