I’m Tina; wife, mother, Chief Matchmaker, and Founder of Suite Match. Just this year I also added dog owner to my resume. The team and I work remotely in the charming town of Williamsburg, Virginia and spend most of our days matching timeshare owners with traveling families. It’s hard to choose which is more satisfying; helping to relieve stress and worry for timeshare owners or helping families get away and connect with one another. Enroll free of charge, authorize any number of points you wish and we’ll do the rest. <\/p>\n

We handle every step of the reservation process including advertising, processing the guests payment, guest correspondence, and following up to make sure they had a wonderful time. <\/p>\n

You’ll be provided with access to our online Owner Portal where you can monitor rental activity and payment details in real time at your convenience. <\/p>\n

You’ll receive $6.50\/1000 for Gold Level points and above. Platinum Level owners and above will also receive $10\/1000 for all re-booked reservations beginning 2025. Payments are issued 30 days following guest check-out by your choice of either direct deposit or paper check. <\/p>\n

It’s really just that simple. Oh! and if you need to change the number of points you’d like to rent that’s fine too. Simply contact us to adjust your authorized balance.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I have extra points each year and wanted to find a way to rent the points to help with my maintenance fees. We\u2019ve known & worked with Tina for a number of years & can honestly say we have never had a moments anxiety with her company renting out our points. I know we can do it ourselves but neither my husband nor I want to do this and SuiteMatch does it for us.
